Greeting in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ,
The saints that gather here at Pleasant Dale are from many different walks of life. You will see many faces that you recognize immediately, and then some that you may discover for the first time what their real names are. We are truly blessed to be part of what the Lord is doing here in our midst!
The faces that you will see in this book are from all walks of life, some that have been at Pleasant Dale all their life and some that have just joined us in recent weeks. You will see families that may live across the street and then some that drive from miles around to gather in worship. Each one is of value in so many different ways! Not only will you see those that are seasoned in life, but you will see many that are in the early years. We have been blessed in abundance with many young people that we value greatly!
The church is a very unique place, you have those that have been thru the dungeons of life, that have been in the worst-case scenarios and had their life turned around by the Lord Jesus. You also have those that have been from different walks that realized that without Jesus they were without hope just like every other man! The faces may look very different, but the vine that brings us together as a church is the Lord Jesus!
If you see families that you are not acquainted with, then get to know them! The church must never underestimate the value of fellowship! There could be no greater joy than to look back years from now and see that the families of today are still faithful and still serving the Lord at Pleasant Dale Baptist Church!
It is a joy to be the pastor of this church and humbling to see what the Lord is doing, as well as expectation of what He will do in the days ahead through each family in this directory!
In HIS service;
